This thoughtfully updated unit opens to beautiful wood floors throughout and an open concept in the main living area. The chef's kitchen comes with a professional grade gas stove/oven, a large pantry closet with organizers, along with stainless steel appliances, and an island perfect for entertaining. This well-lit area could easily be arranged to accommodate both a dining area and living room furniture. The sun-filled primary bedroom comes complete with an ensuite bathroom with dual rainfall shower heads. The second bedroom can be found toward the rear of the property and looks out to the private back deck area. There is also another full bathroom with a shower/bathtub and an in-unit washer/dryer. The private back deck is perfect for either a morning coffee, after-work relaxation, or an entertainment space on the weekends. This apartment also includes one assigned parking space with no additional fee. If that wasn't enough, it also comes with a large storage room in the basement area! This property calls the friendly Brookland neighborhood its home. It is conveniently located near many well established and newer shops and restaurants, including the brand new Trader Joe's, the Dew Drop Inn, Annie's Ace Hardware, Starbucks, Busboys and Poets, Wardman Wines, and more!
