Tenant is responsible for all utilities, lawn care, and snow removal. 12 month lease minimum. Renter Insurance required. There is a $50 application fee per adult, deposit is $1420, and if approved there is a one time administrative fee of $150. Location: 709 Bell Ave, Des Moines, IA.
