Don't miss this two bedroom, one bathroom rental home that is just a 5 minute drive from downtown! The home has a one car detached garage with a great yard. So close to downtown! Washer/Dryer hookups available in the large, unfinished basement. All kitchen appliances included in rent. Residents are responsible for lawn care and snow removal. Lawn care also includes the vacant lot to the West. Initial lease terms are 12 months with short term leases available for an additional fee. Residents are responsible for all utilities: Electric and Gas to be provided through MidAmerican Energy and Water/Sewer/Trash is provided through Des Moines Water Works. Pet-friendly, no breed or weight restrictions. No more than 2 pets per rental home. Initial pet fee ($300 for first pet, $100 for the second) and monthly pet rent ($30/mo. per pet) apply. There is a New Lease Administrative Fee of $70 applied to each approved household to be paid at or before move in.
