My apartment in South Tuxedo/Seasons is available as early as April 18th, 2024 (pro-rated rent for April). May 1st also works. Full bathroom with tub and shower. In-suite laundry, dishwasher, stove, fridge/freezer, and microwave all included. Rent is $1735/month. Rent includes water. Hydro is approx. $53/month for current tenant (one person). Parking is available: $150/month for underground, heated parking; or $60/month for outdoor surface parking. The apartment complex has a gym, clubhouse with a pool table, free Starbucks coffee, and other amenities. The clubhouse can be booked for private functions. There is a wonderful outdoor pool during the summer as well as BBQs and outdoor lounge space. The management company is great, and the office staff are very friendly and available for any concerns.
