This spacious waterfront home elicits a gasp of appreciation from everyone who walks in the door! With its stunning ocean views and carefully-crafted decor, the space invites all who enter to relax and unwind. The condo is light, bright, and airy, especially in the morning as the sun comes up over the Atlantic. The home is being offered partially furnished, but it does not feel like a corporate apartment. The design is minimalist and brimming with character, but does not skimp on comfort. The two bedrooms have ample room for king-sized beds and are well-spaced for privacy. The home features two full bathrooms, including a recently-updated master bath with a decadent whirlpool soaking tub. In addition to the two large bedrooms, there is an additional room that can be used as a sitting room, office, or guest space. The large kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living room and the ocean view. There is a lovely balcony with seating for reading or dining as well as space for a hammock for napping in the sea breeze. In addition to being steps from the beach, the condo also has a community pool that overlooks the ocean. Le Chateau is a small, community-oriented building of just twelve units. The builders made abundant use of cement in the construction, which leaves each unit well insulated and protected from neighborly noise. Two parking spaces are included - one in the garage and one in the surface lot. The location at 7th and Beach Avenue is ideal. Just across the street is the Adele Grage Cultural Center, which hosts a weekly farmer's market and regular offerings of community theater, art exhibits, concerts as well as yoga and meditation classes. It is also an easy walk or bike ride to the many restaurants and shops of the Beaches Town Center. The lease term is one year. I am looking for a responsible renter who will take good care of this special home and be considerate of the neighbors in our small, friendly building. If you are interested, please be in touch.
