The two bedrooms do not share any walls and both have a medium sized closets and are medium sized. The tenant has one driveway parking spot and there is also plenty of street parking. The heating source is a wall furnace, in addition to the gas fireplace. The house is surrounded by a beautiful yard, where the sunshine can be enjoyed all day long. The front yard on this corner property has various areas for seating or a fire pit, while the side yard offers room for bike or surf board storage.
