This adorable two bedroom one bath house is nestled in the heart of Pleasure Point on 26th Avenue on the corner of Quartz. There is a large living room with fireplace connected to the remodeled kitchen. The open kitchen is equipped with a full sized fridge and gas stove & oven and offers lots of room for storage in the cupboards. Off the kitchen is the laundry room with the washer & dryer and access to the backyard. The bathroom, which separates the two bedrooms, was also recently updated with a vanity, toilet and lighting, only the bathtub is original. The two bedrooms do not share any walls and both have a medium sized closets and are medium sized.
