You will be sharing a full bathroom with a female UTCVM intern. There are 2 other male UT/Pellissippi students in the home who have their own private bathrooms so this is a co-ed household. The bedroom is $700/month & is available NOW. All utilities AND internet are included in rent. Bedroom has been recently updated with a fresh coat of paint, ceiling fans, & new outlets/switches. It has a spacious closet for your personal items. Shared furnished common areas include a spacious living room, dining room, large back deck, & kitchen. Hardwood floors throughout the home have all recently been refinished. There are two sets of washer/dryers in this home to ensure availability of the services to all members of the home. 5 min drive to multiple restaurants, lots of fast food joints, Walmart, YMCA, grocery stores, hardware stores, goodwill, etc. 15 min drive to downtown/UTK. $700 security deposit will be due upon signing of the lease. Ideally a 12-month lease is preferred but am open to other length leases if it suits you! (rent may be subject to change if the lease term is shorter) This is a home that requires cleanliness and proper communication with both landlord and other occupants to ensure a harmonious living environment for all who live here. Background/credit/criminal check will be required before signing a lease. Credit score of at least 630 is recommended and guarantors are happily accepted.
