Their are only 2 official bedrooms since the 3rd room does not have a built-in closet, it is not an official bedroom, but can be used as a bedroom, office, etc. The home comes with dual pane windows throughout, central heating, built-in home theater speakers in the family room, NEST thermostat, Bay alarm system already installed (tenant to pay for monthly service if they want to) and 2 pets doors to allow a small dog or cat inside and outside access to the home. The kitchen has updated granite counter-tops, dishwasher, gas range/stove and refrigerator. The living room has an antique and functional wood burning fireplace and ceiling fan. The owner told me that this home stays cool, even in the hottest summer months. Their is an attached one car garage with washer dryer that are being left as condition items. The master bathroom has a bathtub and show. The bathtub is a Jacuzzi tub. The backyard has a nice balance of paved and grassy area's along with an awing great for shade. Their is also a built-in BBQ in the backyard along with a faucet for running water.
