Newer wood-like flooring in living areas. Attached two car garage with washer & dryer (provided without warranty). Large living room with open dining room and large windows looking out onto side and backyards. Family room located next to kitchen with gas log fireplace and sliding glass door leading to backyard. Backyard has a nice patio as well as mature landscaping. Gardener included. Downstairs is a half bathroom. All bedrooms are upstairs, primary bedroom has en-suite bathroom. Two other bedrooms are joined by a jack and jill bathroom. Tile flooring in bathrooms. Tenant responsible for all utilities. Pet friendly. Forced air heat, no a/c. Peek a boo ocean view and mountain view.
