Property Id: 1482561 Two bedrooms are open for rent in this lovely 3/2.5 townhome situated in a quiet neighborhood in Riverview. Looking for quiet, clean, and responsible roommates. It has spacious screened-in living area, cozy lanai with beautiful pond views in the back, and two community pools. It's a 15 minute drive to downtown Tampa and 25 minutes to USF. Washer and dryer are both included. There are two parking spots in the driveway and one guest parking space. Rent for the furnished master bedroom is $1,150/month and comes with a private bathroom. Rent for the smaller room is $950/month. One other roommate (me) lives in the other bedroom, but only for less than 1 month/year. It's only an extra ~$30-70/month for electricity. Cable, wi-fi, trash and everything else is paid for. One months rent security deposit. Monthly income must be at least 4x rent.
