The owner is open to offering a reduced rental rate of $2,150 per month for tenants interested in a unique shared-occupancy arrangement. Under this option, the tenant would allow the owner to occupy one bedroom of the tenant’s choosing for up to two weeks every two months during the first year of the lease. This part-time occupancy would be used primarily for business travel. The owner would require access only to the designated bedroom and the storage space under the stairs.
