This is the first floor of a half duplex located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Pittsburgh. It was renovated in July of 2018 and features plenty of closet space, hardwood floors, and ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. The kitchen and bathroom have recently been remodeled with granite counters and ceramic tile. It has a private front and back door, off street parking, and private laundry and ample storage in the basement. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays gas and electric. This Point Breeze apartment complex is located in one of the most sought after neighborhoods in Pittsburgh. It's within blocks of Bakery Square, Mellon Park, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Giant Eagle, Target, Frick Park, and East End Food Co-Op etc. There is a large shared yard that's perfect for pets and limited off street parking. The first floor apartments are all one bedroom / one bathroom. There are split level two bedroom / one bathroom apartments on the second & third floor. Each apartment has extra storage and its own private washer & dryer in the basement. All of our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for pets. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
