The main floor has a separate kitchen, living room, dining room, and a laundry closet. The ceramic kitchen has a dishwasher, built-in microwave, gas stove, full size refrigerator, garbage disposal, and track lighting. Two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a linen closet are on the upper level. There is private storage in the basement. This unit has a private deck. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash. Tenant pays gas and electric. This location is within blocks of Bakery Square, Whole Foods, Frick Park, and East End Food Co-Op. All of the units have private laundry and storage in the basement. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties.
