This second floor apartment has high ceilings, hardwood floors, and large double pane windows, The kitchen is just off the living room and features ceramic tile, track lighting, garbage disposal, white cabinets and black appliances including dishwasher, built in microwave, high BTU glass top stove, and refrigerator with water and icemaker in the door. A built in fold down breakfast bar adds charm and functionality. The 3 large bedrooms are roughly equal in size and each have a ceiling fan. One of the bedrooms has a walk in closet. The two bathrooms are updated with ceramic tile and have full size bath tubs. Landlord pays water, sewage, and trash disposal. Tenant pays electric. It has a high efficiency electric furnace, and central AC. Each of the 3 units in this building have their own private laundry (NOT coin operated!) and storage room in the basement. It is located just off of Fifth Avenue, diagonally across from Mellon Park, and the bus stop. Restaurants and shopping including Bakery Square, Target, and Whole Foods are just a couple of blocks away. One parking space per bedroom is permitted in a shared parking lot behind the building. Garages with EV charging or a carport may be available for additional rent. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties. Leases for our 3+ bedroom apartments can end 7/15, 7/31, or 8/15 of each year.
