There is a fenced yard shared with the neighboring house we own. Behind the yard is a shared off street parking lot. One parking space per bedroom is permitted. Garages with EV charging or a carport may be available for additional rent. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions. We require proof of rabies vaccinations (and licenses for dogs), but we do not charge additional rent or fees for animals. Smoking is not permitted in any of our properties. Tenant pays water, gas, and electric. Landlord pays for trash removal and recycling.
