Huge two bedroom set up Philly style with interior stairway to 2nd bedroom. The large eat in kitchen is being renovated for June 2021 occupancy and the entire unit is being repainted. Will have new stove, fridge, microwave, and the whole place is going to SHINE. Located between Davis Square and Porter Square and is about a 7-8 minute walk to either. Living room + dining room. Laundry in unit. *** NOTE: As of 5/3/2021 the pictures are video on file are before the renovation work that is going to be done. The unit is going to be completely painted, with off white walls and white trim. And the kitchen is going to be completely renovated with new cabinets, countertops, dishwasher, sink, stove, and fridge. Work should be complete by lat May 2021 and new pictures will be posted when it is complete. This is FANTASTIC space and is goint to be pristine -- great value. Also, the carpet on the philly stairway and 2nd floor bedroom will be replaced with a neutral berber carpet (Reference #177459)
