The second bedroom is separated, and the full bath w/walk in shower is lovely. Washer & dryer included. Newer: Bosch dishwasher (super quiet), stove/oven, dryer, water softener (tenant to add the salt as needed), garbage disposal, light fixtures in the bathrooms, furnace and AC. Please provide a full credit report, proof of income and application filled out with references, 1 1/2 months security deposit and a non-refundable $200 cleaning fee.
