-Available Now- Quiet, private household, mostly women currently living here. Looking for one clean, easygoing tenant for this room to share a peaceful, low traffic home (each room has just 1 tenant). The room is at the front corner of the 2nd floor with west and north facing windows that let in plently of natural light. It's fully furnished (if needed), with a queen sized bed, a working desk & chair. The bathroom is right outside the room door, and will be shared with just one female tenant. The shared kitchen has plenty of counterspace, as well as a dishwasher. Our shared living room is also fully furnished and has plenty of space to relax, like the cozy window reading nook! The house is on a safe & quiet street right down the road from Deer Lake. It's a 14min walk to the Royal Oak Skytrain, and is a 5min walk to a supermarket, bus stop, and 24/7 Diner. Utilities are seperate (1/4 of hydro and internet) and are split evenly between us. Pets are not allowed by our building, sorry! 😔 (The last 3 images are from Deer lake right down the road!)
