You'll share a bathroom and a kitchen, and there's convenient laundry access in the basement. The lease is fully month-to-month, but we are ideally looking for someone who wants to stay long-term. Looking for a single person, not a couple or multiple roommates. All utilities are included in the rent, even high-speed internet, so you won't have to worry about extra bills. The house is conveniently located close to King Soopers and other shopping options, making errands a breeze.
