This places has worked great for me and is a budget-friendly option in the denver area. I had an unfortunate family circumstance so I am moving out of Denver now, Currie was able to assist me and worked to help make the process as seamless as possible. I have lived at a lot of apartments in my life and this was so much better than the hassle and nonsense most apartment groups would put you through. One of the buildings has a sign up saying "under new management" and it's pretty clear they have a lot of maintenance staff getting units fixed up and improved. The one I moved in has nice tile and bathroom, kitchen, good amount of space and I like the layout. This group does not seem to be the same one that these previous 1 star reviews are talking about. Very happy to be treated like an actual person when I had to leave the state like this. Thank you!
