Looking for two roommates (male or female) to occupy 2 rooms in a 3br/1bath apartment with a lease of at least a year. Lease starts on August 1st 2016. Each pays $535 in rent per month plus utilities. Gas and electric run around $50 in warmer months, to $110 in colder months which will be shared among us. The apartment has a dishwasher, centralized heat and hardwood floors. Laundry in basement. Myself: male in late 20's working at a reputable company- travel frequently for work. Regardless of how clean your room is, I expect everyone to keep the common areas very clean. You should be respectful to your roommates. Sorry to say but: No dog No Smoking No drummer or musician that rehearses at home I have a mild allergy to cats but an exception could be made based on how committed you are to keeping the apartment cat-hair free.
