Love my new place that I’m calling home. Farid was welcoming and helpful during the whole leasing experience and also was there with the same good vibes during my move in. He’s an absolute Gem to this place! So far my experience has been good and chilled. The property is kept up, and anything that I need there is always someone there to assist. Maintenance was called once and they resolved it within a day. I definitely will be staying for a while.

I have lived at 640 for almost 8 months and have had such a great experience. Farid is always so helpful if I have any questions and made the move-in process a breeze. The building engineers and front desk staff (especially Jazmine and Claire) are awesome too! The building and amenities are really clean and well kept. I also feel safe and secure at all times. The thing that sold me was the locked dog run that is also always clean. I would highly recommend living at 640!
