My husband and I have lived here for about 6 months now and absolutely love it. All neighbors and management staff have been so kind and friendly. We love the Waterset community and all of the events they host for families!

My family and I have lived here since May 2024 (6 months). We were able to move in to our apartment on the expected date. The carpets were in questionable condition, but we brought this matter to the management, and they offered to put new carpet within days. Maintenance requests are processed in a timely manner. Maintenance guys are approachable and take care of things quickly. We feel safe walking around the community and there is a dedicated patrol car at night. Location is convenient since it is close to Publix, daycare facility, some new businesses opening in the future. The issue people talk about the trash a lot of times has to do with residents not following trash collection schedule. Since the new management, we notice the effort to bring the community together through events at the clubhouse or planning food trucks to come over. Shavell has been phenomenal since she joined the leasing team. Always friendly and willing to help out.
