The room is furnished (Queen Bed, Dresser w/mirror, Nightstand, Bookshelf & TV) and carpets have been cleaned. There are two options if reference to the bathrooms (there’s 3) Shared or Private. Home comes with Washer/Dryer, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave, Solar, WiFi, Prime, Netflix, Treadmill, Elliptical, Boxing Bag, Patio Heater, Gas BBQ and nice size front & backyard. Smoking Outside okay, overnight guest on occasion, must be clean and help keep the common areas clean as well. We have a large dog and two cats (you won’t see that often) that are part of the family. House is in Corona Hills, in a cul-de-sac, in a quiet neighborhood with nearby parks, dining, Costco, 24 hour fitness, shopping with easy access to freeways. Applicant must be a clean, responsible working professional or student with stable income.
