Home comes with Washer/Dryer, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave, Solar, WiFi, Prime, Netflix, Treadmill, Elliptical, Boxing Bag, Patio Heater, Gas BBQ and nice size front & backyard. Smoking Outside okay, overnight guest on occasion, must be clean and help keep the common areas clean as well. We have a large dog and two cats (you won’t see that often) that are part of the family.
