If there were 10 stars I would give it on this review. We have been at Santa Barbara Chino Hills just over 6-years and love this property. We have always been VERY satisfied with the response and resolve of the Office and Maintenance staff. Need to give a shout out to Eric Coffman and his Team that helped facilitated the repairs (steven and Steve). We recently had a water heater leak that was hard to detect until it reached a point that it was noticeable. Reached the point of mold behind the unit, Hard to see. When I noticed it (late Afternoon on a Sunday), called the office and they reached you to Eric. They had Steven, off duty at the time, come over and assess the problem. That Monday Eric came by to discuss the action plan and answered any questioned we had. They had to replace the water heater, repair the wall, and Base. They had a containment set up to isolate the area with mold and it was vented to the outside. Very nice set up. They had to cut with wall open and let it dry. Took 5 days to complete. We were only without water for a couple of hours over the entire repair process. The wall/base looks as good as new. The repairs were handled professionally and with our concerns in mind. Eric also set up a parking pass so we could park our car on the property during the repairs. Very well Done.

Fell in love with this community from online pictures and they didn’t lie. Kimberly was patient & kept us informed during the leasing process. Eric and the maintenance team are amazing. They keep the property clean. It’s like waking up in paradise everyday.
