I've lived at the Monterey for a few months now, and only have positive things to say! The apartments are really nice, and pretty quiet. Paul, our leasing agent, is super personable, VERY responsive, and always helps us any way he can. I'd recommend The Monterey - and be sure to request Paul for your tour!
