This condo has great views of sunsets, and in summer the colorful sails of sailboats returning to the harbor is a special treat. This complex is unique in that residents have access to two beautiful pools surrounded by beautiful landscaping and palm trees. The smaller ocean-view pool’s turquoise water has a stone deck along with stacked stone retaining walls. This pool area also includes a hot tub, pool furniture, stainless steel barbecues, and a fire pit. The large pool’s stunning landscaping and amenities provide a vacation-like feel. Nearby are the Hollywood Riviera Village, Hermosa Beach, and Manhattan Beach. LAX is seven miles away and Downtown LA is 20 miles away. No Pets.
