Property Id: 2224041 A quaint 2 bedroom 1 bath house near Shooks Run Park. Huge front yard with fenced back yard. A mile to downtown. 5 minutes to Memorial Hospital. Walking and bike trails very close, near shooks run creek. Private driveway in back. We usually have long term tennents and do not raise the rent every year. We love our house and take good care of it. We spend the little extra money we get back in the property. Tennents pay for utilities, trash, and TV. Shooks run park has a community garden they do every year. We are running a move in special $500.00 off + prorated rent in November.
