Charlotte Apartments is a historic 40-unit apartment building in the Midtown neighborhood of Detroit. It was built in 1919 and underwent a successful renovation in 2020. The building includes incredible original detail, hard-wood and terrazzo flooring, exposed brick, and some units boast refinished original clawfoot tubs. Inside our studio and 1 bedroom apartments you'll find beautifully preserved exposed brick, natural wood flooring, and 1920's retro hex bathroom tile.
