On the second floor there are 3 large bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub/shower unit. There is a large unfinished basement for extra storage. This large home has a front and back yard and a 2-car detached garage and is walking distance to Downtown Wausau and the 400 Block. Cats and dogs are considered (No Aggressive breeds). For pets the rent is an additional $40/month/pet and there is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $200 and an additional $200 added to the security deposit. No smoking. Available August 1st.
