We live in a quiet neighborhood located in Ault. Shared Areas: Kitchen, Living Room (if you rent both rooms you'll have a private LR), Dining, Loft, & Laundry Room. Street parking. Large backyard with fire pit and outdoor furniture on two patios. The room is furnished with a queen bed, Roku TV, side tables, and storage available. $650 a month, all utilities included (including WIFI). Asking a $75 non refundable deposit. (For cleaning). We are looking for someone who is clean, easy to get along with, and is OK with dogs. House rules: 1. We are OK with smokers, but no smoking in the house or garage. 2. Please clean up after yourself. 3. Rent must be paid on the first of every month, unless otherwise discussed. *background check, credit check, and renters insurance required. Starting Feb 1st, month to month.
