We’ve been here about a year and just resigned…the company that took over the property halfway through our lease is a breathe of fresh air compared to the original property managers…I’ve already seen a turn around since they took over the property…this place is not only affordable but welcoming…i get along with pretty much every neighbor I’ve ever met and a good handful of us hangout in the courtyard on nicer evenings, kids running around playing…it may not be “The Ritz” but it’s home and we’re very happy to be here.
