The home is in the Big Bend Area of Burnaby. The area is peaceful and park-like. The duplex was built circa 1991 and includes 3 good sized bedrooms, a balcony and private parking. The garage is shared with the landlord. There is a gas fireplace, laundry, and dishwasher, as well as laminate flooring throughout. Cats (maximum of two) are permitted. Unit is no smoking permitted.
