This 1/2 duplex is on a quiet part of Marine Drive, backing onto a green belt. There is a short easy walk to a bus stop, and a 5 minute bus ride to 22nd Street sky train station. The home is in the Big Bend Area of Burnaby. The area is peaceful and park-like. The duplex was built circa 1991 and includes 3 good sized bedrooms, a balcony and private parking. The garage is shared with the landlord. There is a gas fireplace, laundry, and dishwasher, as well as laminate flooring throughout. Cats (maximum of two) are permitted. Unit is no smoking permitted. Verification of income via tax returns and Bank Statements required as part of application and approval process. Utilities to be carried in tenants name, though the tenant will be reimbursed for 35% of the utility cost by the landlord (in respect to the basement tenant). i.e. Tenant is responsible for 65% of the utilities.
