There are panoramic views of San Francisco Bay and the city skyline from several different areas of the house. Two bedrooms and baths downstairs with a large kitchen, living room, dining and family room. There is a large hillside backyard with a deck and a gazebo, both with stunning views of San Francisco and the bay. Washer and dryer and a garage with room for storage. Parking both in the garage and private driveway. Street Parking also easily found for guests. Landlord pays water and garbage. Tenant pays PGE. First month rent plus $3500 security deposit.
