Me and my sister just moved in a month ago and I will say the reviews scared me a lil and when we moved in one of our toilet handles were broken. We found out pretty late and put in a maintenance request and they were by early the next day the man was friendly and even showed me and my sister how to turn off the water to each bathroom or just the whole place, he was super friendly and efficient 10/10
