Gorgeous Condo- 5th and Gay St - Welcome to this stunning private luxury condo in downtown Columbus! The dining room is accessible from the kitchen through a single pocket door or from the main hallway through large double pocket doors. The dining room could also be fully closed off and function as a home office space. The statement stairway to the second floor is in the living room and is open with views of the full wall of windows and living room below. The second floor landing overlooks the living room and entrance, and conveniently hidden is a stacked washer and dryer adjacent to the bedrooms for efficient laundry access. The stairway, second and, third floors have European plush high-lux carpets that are incredibly cozy. The second floor has the primary bedroom, which has a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with granite countertops, a walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The bedroom and bathroom has views of the skyline from each wall of windows. The third floor is another bedroom or optional second living space, with a walk-in closet and a full bathroom. This bedroom also has views of the skyline from the bedroom and bathroom, as well as views of CCAD. Utility billing is in addition to the rent, additional parking can be rented with third party vendors. The location is amazing! Local restaurants like Mitchell's Steakhouse, Matt & Tony's Kitchen, Pierogi Mountain, Roosevelt Coffee House, and Rishi's Sushi Kitchen. The nearby nightlife includes Slammer's, Holy Trinity Brewing, The Kee, and Avalon. A short walk or drive from all downtown Columbus attractions, including the Columbus Museum, Lincoln Theater, Palace Theater, COSI, and OSU Football stadium. This condo is near CCAD, Capital Law, Columbus State, and Franklin University. This home is also available to be fully furnished as you see in the photos, for an additional fee.
