Furnished Vacation Rental: Oceanview, ground floor condo at the coveted San Miguel 1 Building at The Strand. Full renovation recently completed with new kitchen, new bathrooms, new appliances, new furniture, new electronics, etc. HUGE patio for entertaining. No stairs required- elevator building. Everything included for the perfect stay - just bring your suitcase and sunscreen. One king bed, plus one queen bed. In-unit laundry, and two under ground parking spaces. One month minimum stay required - three months preferred. Condo includes utilities*, streaming TV's, and WIFI. Owner pays SDGE cap of $100/mo. All rent is prepaid. Rent and security deposit vary depending on months stayed and length of stay. June-August are $6500/mo. Off Season is $5000/mo. $275 cleaning fee, plus $100 reservation fee. Call for availability.
