This home has a large master suite with full bath and soak tub, a full bathroom in the hallway near the other two bedrooms, and a half bathroom with laundry area at the rear entry of the home. The spacious eat-in kitchen has plenty of cabinet and counter space with a pantry closet as well. The deck joins the home and detached 2+ car garage and the driveway is very large, easy to turn around in! All appliances included in rent, even the washer/dryer. Residents are responsible for lawn care and snow removal. Initial lease terms are 12 months with short term leases available for an additional fee. Residents are responsible for all utilities: Electric and Gas to be provided through MidAmerican Energy and Water/Sewer/Trash is provided through Des Moines Water Works. Pet-friendly, no breed or weight restrictions. No more than 2 pets per rental home. Initial pet fee ($300 for first pet, $100 for the second) and monthly pet rent ($30/mo. per pet) apply.
