The property has a welcoming backyard space, off-street and driveway parking that is shared with the bottom unit. This is multi family unit so applicant should enjoy, be mindful respect their neighbors. Application FEE is $47.00 per any person that would be living at the property age 18 and over. Rent is $1500.00 deposit and $1500.00 Security Deposit. Deposit due before move in. All utilites transferred into tenants name before move in and will be verified that utilites are in the LEASE HOLDERS NAME. Section 8 must have a 3 bedroom voucher and no 2 bedroom vouchers will be accepted at this property.
