This is a wonderful house that used to be my primary residence. It includes 2 bonus rooms (1 can be used as a 3rd bedroom or office) including a sun room. It has a finished lower level and easy walks to Francis park. It has always rented very quickly when available. I will likely be doing an 'open house' this weekend as well.
