I’m going on almost three years here. The size is amazing. Big bedrooms and tons of closet space!! I only wish I had a dishwasher. Complex is quiet and the other tenants are very friendly!!

Do not move in here. The old management was great and communicated and had a maintenance man who was there almost everyday all day, and very easy to contact if needed. The place was bought out and the new management is impossible to contact. I had no lease for over 6 months and 5k+ just sitting in their app. I never saw a maintance man or anyone except one time when they came in 2 days after the notice we got stated at about 8 am while I was asleep with my partner and not expecting it. Moved out recently with minor damage to the place. The floor board was coming up prior to me leaving and the carpet was anything but new. They probably had to replace the blinds and the bathroom door, should’ve been more than covered by the deposit. Sent 4k to collections with no contact and no itemized report. Not even the collections agency has sent me an itemized report and is hard to contact and rude, which makes sense they use just as awful and shady as a company for their bill purposes. I see the owner post on social media about how great and successful she is and it’s just really sad because she is a scammer who flips properties to let them go to trash. My credit has gone down 100 points in the last 6 months bc of it, causing me to be turned down from new properties in my current search to move. So if you want your credit to decrease immensely and live somewhere where you can’t contact the management and never see a repair and then not be able to rent ever again, go ahead.
