The new/renovated interior has a loft layout and includes a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an island, and in-unit laundry. Residents will enjoy amazing views from these must-see apartments! Utilities: Tenant pays for electric, no gas. Tenant pays flat rate for water, sewer, trash, and internet. Internet services are with AT&T.
