I just moved out of there today and it was such a bitter sweet moment. This place was my home for 2 years, and the management was like family. The Townhomes are super spacious, not only do you get your own garage (which is pretty hard to find here in Chico, even in luxury apartments in the area), but you get privacy. The community is super tight and private, there’s hardly any disturbances, I was there for 2 years and I hardly had any complaints about my community. The management is on top of everything, they really make sure you are comfortable living there and we also had security, which made it feel safe. You get washer/dryer in unit which is super convenient and our bathroom had a beautiful mirror in the upstairs bathroom that was perfect for quick photoshoots with friends. Overall, my experience was great. Thank you Pomona Townhomes.

Tried renting property from them, landlord stole $200 from me and $40 from my applicant. DIDNT explain or offer any options for my roommate getting denied while rest of group was approved, then stated we don’t make enough after approving us. When you call either don’t answer or have no answer to your questions. DO NOT RENT. Stole over $200 even when you sign contract saying if denied you will get your money back. Tatiana and Kasandra are thieves!
