Private bedroom and mostly private bathroom (only shared with occasional guests and visitors) NOT 420 friendly, no smoking at all RENT: $1050 -Includes all utilities and internet, housekeeping, partial HOA fees -Option for garage spot/space for extra $50/mo, otherwise street parking is available -Option to have it fully furnished (bed + dresser )for extra $50/mo -12 month lease, starting April 8th (may be open to sooner) -Newly built home in June 2022, A/C included! -First floor is garage and piano room -second floor: washer/dryer, your room and bathroom, and kitchen/living room/patio -third floor is only my room and bathroom -all stainless steel appliances including dishwasher -all common areas completely furnished including fully equipped kitchen, use of meat smoker on patio included -room is fully furnished if you choose: bed + dresser (additional $50/mo) - includes access to 24/7 gym, pool, tennis/pickleball courts, dog park and a host of other community amenities REQUIREMENTS: -3 months proof of income, must be employed full time -credit/background check, application fees involved -NO pets/animals (I already have a small dog and will foster other dogs/kittens from time to time) *may be exceptions for dogs, depending on the temperament and if they get along with my dog, $500 pet deposit will be applicable -Deposit: $1000 (will be fully refunded if room is clean and no damage when renter moves out- option to pay for professional cleaners taken from deposit if you choose)
