The home is located near Victoria and 694. In the area, you will find a lot of parks, transportation options, shopping and restaurants such as Green Mill, Five Guys and Red Robin. It is also located directly across from Great Lake Nature Preserve which offers a lot of wonderful walking and cross country skiing trails! The tenant is responsible for all utilities, lawn care and snow removal. Pets will be considered, but there are breed and weight restrictions. A pet deposit will be required.
