About 5721 Dockside Dr
Great 2 bed/2 bath condo in convenient Charlotte location. First floor unit, just close enough to the pool to be convenient but far enough for privacy with huge outdoor patio looking onto the greater community. Very spacious open floor plan with two roomy bedrooms. Newly updated kitchen with granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances. Bathrooms have also been recently updated with new fixtures, tiled showers and walk-in shower in master bathroom. Enjoy the screened in porch off of living room. Pool and dog park/picnic area located close by. **The washer and dryer are being provided for tenant use, but if they break, it will be tenant responsibility to repair, or replace. If replaced, the tenant can take that appliance with them when they leave** One small pet accepted on a case by case basis. No smoking inside. Deposit starting at $1550 (pending strength of application) and $350/pet deposit. All applications must be submitted online on our website jlfmanagement com Each adult applicant 18yrs and older living in home will be required to pay a $50 non-refundable application fee. All of our rental properties are set up for self-scheduled viewing. You can tour the home at your convenience without having to make an appointment. You will find a lockbox on the door with a key inside. All you will need to do is register at Rently. com in order to get access to the code for that lockbox. When you get to the Rently website, type in the address of the property you are wanting to tour, and they will walk you through the process of registering with them, or after you've registered, how to get the code to the lockbox. It's important to know that the code to the lockbox will only last for one hour. If that code expires before you are able to get to the property, you will need to visit the website again and get a new code.
