The master suite has a large walk in closet, tiled bathroom with linen closet and dual vanity sinks. There are two other large upstairs bedrooms, each with a large closet and beautiful views of Pikes Peak. The upstairs also features a laundry room with washer and dryer and 2nd bathroom with shower tub combo. The townhome has central air and heat and a two car garage. This gorgeous home is centrally located to shopping and schools, with easy access to Powers blvd. Small dogs under 40lbs are okay but will require an additional security deposit and monthly pet fee in addition to rent. This is an HOA community and tenants must follow all HOA rules. Trash service provided by the HOA is included in the rent. No utilities are included in the rent and are the responsibility of tenant. $2300.00/month. $2500 security deposit. If there is an approved pet then pet rent is additional. Every potential tenant 18 and over must complete an application for lease. Showings are by appointment only. All approved applicants must have clean and good credit and must pay for a background and credit check. Serious applicants only. ALL employment and references will be checked.
