Hello! (N.B. ignore the furniture in the pictures, those items will not be there) I'm looking for 2 roomies to share a 3 bedroom, 1 bath (2 showers) home in the West-End. (20 seconds to Safeway, 2 blocs from University of Winnipeg, and on express bus routes to U of M). (I will only be able to show the place as of August 16th) . The available rooms are on the main floor, 10'x11' ish, have hardwood floors and will be available for 450$ each. This price includes everything (hydro, electricity, water, sewer, washer, drier, internet etc.) There is free on-street parking in backlane and one optional spot in the garage on a first-come first served basis for 40$/m. There will be a garden in the summer, a compost bin, and storage space in the 70's finished basement and in the garage for bicycles etc. No pets! I'm an early 30's male who is pursuing graduate studies. Ideally, room-mates would be responsible, respectful, relatively easy-going, the kind of people that can appreciate gardening, cycling, no cable t.v., conversation but privacy as well. (N.B. this is a non-smoking home) The property is on Maryland st. between Ellice and Sargent, on a nice block, surrounded by well-kept homes. The rooms will be available September 1st, but an earlier move-in is possible (e.g. August 20ish)
