The front room can be used as a formal dining room or living room which has french doors that open up to the over-sized family room with wood burning fireplace and bar. The family room has two sliding doors that open to the deck and over looks the vast wooded backyard. The fenced-in area has 3 access points and storage shed. Like to cook? Check out the large kitchen with built-ins and lots of ceramic counter space! The laundry room has storage, counter tops, and sink. Master bedroom has master bath suite complete with Jack'n'Jill sinks and jet tub. All bedrooms are good sized. Snow removal is included with this rental. Pets may be considered on a case to case basis with a $200 nonrefundable pet fee per pet - maximum of two pets.
