Two bedrooms downstairs and one full bathroom. Backyard is private with patio cover and concrete decking. One side has vinyl fencing and one side is wood fencing. Front yard is gravel with some shrubs. Two car garage with automatic garage door opener. Newer central furnace and gas water heater in garage. Most bedrooms have ceiling fans and mirrored wardrobe doors. Very nice floorplan! All of the interior was recently painted. Backing up to the golf course is relaxing and quiet!
